Most divers know that color is lost as they descend in the water.  The first color lost is red, which is why these filters are red or magenta. Filters are designed to bring color and contrast back into your underwater video.

The Mera filter kit includes 2 filters - a primary red filter used for blue water, and a magenta filter used for green water conditions.  These filters clip to the Mera, and only cover the camera portion of the dive torch.
